I also do not have a Verizon account and they call from New York #'s now th Georgia # - go figure - have no idea why they are calling me.

VERIZON! Disconnected my phone, didn't even know I was late by a couple days...now have to pay a 15 dollar reconnect fee, but they didn't let me know I was even late :( uggg

Sounds like a scam

Get this call randomly about once every week and a half. I DO have an outstanding old bill with Verizon, and have a current phone with Verizon, but I can't verify that this is even Verizon as they do not leave a voicemail and there is no one on the line when you answer it. . . . pretty aggravating.
NOTE: I have a payment arrangement already set up on the old bill that is current - I think they just want to remind you . . . OVER . . and . . OVER . . . .and..

404-567-5997 says its verizon but really isn't and asks for credit card payment.
