I received a phone call from this number and they said I had won a online gift card and with that gift card I also could enjoy a magazine subscription. I was told that I would get x number of magazines for a discounted price.  I wasn't in the best state that day(dealing with the flu) and I did give out my personal bank information.  Once I gave the information it asked me series of questions stating if I agreed or not to the charges. At the very end of the call I said NO to the agreement and the lady said my card would be refunded the very next day.  However, that was over 10 days ago and it's still pending on my credit card. I called the number attached to the transaction and they have no record of who I am or my phone number and that man said there was nothing to be done about it.  I called my credit card and they said I had to call that number back again to have them release the charges since they are "pending" still. This is a giant mess. I am going to call the number back again and try to figure out this situation. UGH!
