Who called from 4045677708

I got a call from this number also abduction no voicemail at about 11:00 am on 6/13/13

Called at 10:05 am the again at 2:02 pm 6-13. No voicemail.

This number is some carpet bagger from Sandy Springs, Ga. The guy has an accent from somewhere in the NE like Boston. He knew my name and started right into his script about magazines. I started laughing about 10 seconds into his speil. He just kept right on going using my name about every three or four sentences like these scam artists are trained. I guess the best thing is to just hang up on them.
