Just received the same call. Says they have a project starting at a local golf course and wanted to know if the owner was interested.

Same tired old technique:  "Hey, Tim - Joe at xxxxx Golf & Country Club told me to give you a call.  He said you do all of the work at xxxxx and he wanted me to speak to you about a project they have going on."
