phone call from 404-592-0233 - for someone hernandez and callback number left was 800-458-7185. This is a call received to our cell phone that i've had for approx. 3 years. We know no Hernandez's. I called the 800 # back just now and received a voicemail to leave a message w/ the accnt#. I simply informed them they are calling our phone and we don't know these people and they better STOP. We'll see huh?
I received a call this morning from 404-592-0233 from a Brenda Mitchell asking for a relative stating that she was attempting to contact them in regards to an application they filled out. Clearly she isn't calling regarding an application... unfortunately I have no clue how to reach this relative and have told them this before and yet they still continue to call. Some creditor's are incredibly ignorant... they should brush up on their collection laws. If you tell them NOT to contact you, by law they are not allowed to contact you anymore. They must send the correspondence via mail instead of the harrassing phone calls. Brenda Mitchell, should you read this... get a real job. Obviously you don't need a HS Diploma to make collection calls. Lame.
My caller id showed a (303) 515-7261 - US Mobility Wireless, Inc. - but the call back number the person left is (404) 592-0233. First time this one's come through and the person they're calling about isn't even a family member, it's a past co-worker! How would they have gotten my number?
