I get these calls about every 6 months or so. It's different numbers but they always have the same scam in one form or another. They have even gone so far as to call my place of employment and my mother. It is a SCAM. My State Attorney General's Office says they shut them down but then they just open up in a new place with a new number. When they call me the first time, I now just start laughing hysterically and tell them "Good Luck". If they chose to call back a 2nd time I get all serious and ask for as much info as I can get such as company name and address. Then I hang up. I report to the FTC and my State Attorney General. If it continues, I then start calling them back and use different voices while doing everything from crying hysterically, offering a Starbucks card because I have no credit cards since companies won't give someone with bad loans or check fraud credit, or giving them my attorneys name and number which is usually the number for either the local police department or FBI field office. after about 3 or 4 calls in a row of me harassing them, they leave me alone. If they absolutely won't give up I have an airhorn I blow into the phone when they call. That has always done the trick. Problem is I am on some list with enough of my personal information that these scammers just keep trying. Instead of letting it stress me out I have turned it into a game by trying to be as outrageous as I can.
I Got a message from Mrs Green as well saying i took a loan back in 2009, as I tried calling her back she started yelling at me and would not give me any informations No address, no name of the company, she got her chief on the phone saying i would get arrested if i was ever to enter the country ( I got this call while i was out of the country) and mind you this so called chief didn't have a name. Plus i noticed that they hung up on you and they don't stay on the phone too long. they Yell and wont let you get a word in.
its crazy because i'm all the way across the pond calling you long distance trying to get information so that we can come to an understanding, but these two crazy yelling ladies and almost insulting you and not give you any type of information. you see they almost got me. be aware of this mrs Green she a fraud. make sure you don't answer or confirm any of whatever they are telling you.
This company is rude, and they lie to you as well as threaten you. They cannot do anything to you, except file a civil suit, because almost all District attorneys or attorney generals will not even deal with them or talk to them. They also can not arrest you or do a warrant only the D.A.'s or police dept. can do this.
