Who called from 4046109761

I answered this number because they kept calling my home but NOT leaving any message-it is a company (who knows what their name is) that claims they will lower your interest on credit cards.
The rep quickly hung up when asked why they were obviously not using the "DO NOT CALL" list
Suggest making complaint to FTC online or calling them at  (888) 382-1222

Just got a call did not answer

received numerous calls from this number, no voicemails left; when I finally answered they hung up. Obnoxious.
