I received a call from this number today. Did not answer. Based on what the rest of you are saying, this is obviously a scam using Caller ID spoofing. 404-613-1260 is the number for the Fulton County Vital Records office (birth and death records) at 99 Jesse Hill Jr. Drive, Atlanta, GA 30303. Their services are things like issuing official copies of birth and death certificates. There is absolutely no reason why anyone from the Vital Records office would be calling people and asking whether they take Lipitor, have diabetes or have had a hip replacement. Vital Records office has nothing whatsoever to do with "medical reimbursements." Scam, scam, scam!
ID says Fulton Cnty Data. I do not, nor have I ever lived in Georgia. I didn't answer and they left no message. I will assume someone has spoofed their number like other "Health Dept" scams asking about Lipitor or Vaginal Mess use. If I didn't use my landline for internet service, I'd do away with it. I receive nothing but scam calls on a daily basis.
ID said "Futon County G". The usual accented caller saying "We are calling from Health & Human Svcs" and blabbing on about Lipitor. I told him he needed to take my number of the list now. "Why, Ma'am?" and the usual BS. These guys are bolder and snarkier than ever. They must get a percentage of money stolen from unsuspecting people.
Caller ID said Fulton Cty Data & the caller had an Indian accent. Said he was calling from the health dept. with some questions. Obviously spoofed the caller Id cause he was asking if anyone in the home took Lipitor, has my wife had a hip transplant ( I'm single ) & started fishing for personal info. so I hung up. Another of several similar calls I've had.
Caller stated he was from US Dept. of Health, inquiring about hip replacements. As above, caller had Indian accent. I advised him this was an illegal call; he disconnected.
