Who called from 4046140000

We got a call from this number, but there were additional 4 digits "0000" and whoever it was did not leave a message.

hey I got the same thing, did you ever find out who this number belongs to

don't know who this is

This is not the 1st call from this #.. how is it the call can be made from that #, but if you call it back, the # is not in service at this time!

This caller is from the DNC.
After six calls today 9/27/08 I received the call.
A recorded message wanted to know who I would vote for president.

After I voted, the message gave me the telephone number for the local DNC headquarters.  This is just sleezy!

I have Comcast, and can not block this number!
Strange that they would contact a registered Republican.
