received calls from this number at least three times a day.  They don't leave a message

Someone calls me from this name everyday. They claim to a debt collection company.

Silent calls me several times a day. Early in the morning, late in the evening. I just blocked them.

They have called my phone 3 times in 4 minutes today and never leave a message. I blocked them.

Looks like this number is becoming active again.  Just received a call, my answering machine picked up, but they didn't leave a message.
