I received a call from this number and they wanted money they said that i owe a payday loan from a company when i contacted the company they told me it was a scam when i call the # back they got rude and start chaging there story everytime i call the # back it goes straight to a women's vociemail!
I received a call from this # about a month ago they told me that i owed a debt, i didnt believe them, now everything they told me was going to happen, happened. Its too late now to call them and get it resolved, wish i would have taken care of it then. Now i have to work on getting this off of my record. So to the ones that think this is scam all i can say is that the woman told me this was goin to happen
@Toya....u should just handle it because i'm paying a lot more now after getting arrested for a warrant i thought was not going to exist. Good luck to u.....its not worth it in the long run
Well, SURE - if that person sent you a debt validation letter showing original creditor, the amount you borrowed, and also a copy of the original contract you SIGNED - then I would pay. Why should people NOT think it's a scam if the caller won't even abide by the FDCPA and send LEGALLY REQUIRED information to the alleged debtor?
When I called them back with info proving I never had a loan with the company they hung the phone. up on me. they sent me an email with just my name and what my balance is now when i ask for the original loan amount they said i don't need to know it and if i don't go to walmart and send money by westernunion that i was going to jail
