Picked up the phone showing "Cradential Ins" in the Caller-ID display and heard a recording asking if I suffer from diabetes.  Hung up.

If you dial *67 (to mask your outgoing phone number from Caller ID) then then number you get a recorded pitch for insurance. Press 2, leave a message, and eventually you will hear an automatic dialer trying to call out to the next victim. Press 2 again, repeat until you get tired of it.
