Who called from 4046653181

Called at:8:30am on Saturday!  Didn't think it was okay to solicit before 9am!  Caller ID showed name as "Unavailable". When I called back it went to a recording that identified them as SOI.  They claim to be a group that solicits $$ for various charities.

Federal law allows them to call between the hours of 8 am and 9 pm your time.  Your state law may say otherwise.

received call a 8:10 on Saturday.  Really!!  Asked for my husband; said he was not at home.  Caller said he would  call back.  Good luck with that!
