Who called from 4046770000

Got a call on my cell from this number, the guy's voice sounded distant and muddy. He mumbled something really fast and hung up.

omg! me too... he told my parents i was gay. I swear... im getting his number tracked

I got a call too, but couldn't answer.  Didn't leave a message.

Received a call on my cell from this number - I'm on the DNC list, not that it does much good.  I called back, and received the message that the number is disconnected.  Obviously a scammer if they are using a phantom phone number to call people.

I got a phone call from this phone number at 5:30 am I have a family memeber in the hospital and thought that was who was calling me had me upset until I googled it THIS IS JUST WRONG
