The seller does not know what she wants to sell. No detailed explanation, just keep on saying the name of the product, which i never heard of. Asked how she got my number and she said my number is on the list??? Strong Philippine accent. Just ignore.
I missed the call to my cell phone. So I called back and selected #1 for customer service. They indicated I placed an order on line - that they represented 34 different companies. She told me if I gave her my # she could tell me who was using it to place orders on line. So I did - and she said it was Mr. Mario Hartford (I think but hard to tell with her accent). I asked her to repeat the name - she put me on mute and after a few seconds came back on and told me she was unable to tell me the name of the person because they needed to protect their customers privacy (not mine apparently because I am not a customer). I continually asked for the name of the company she worked for and all she would say is customer service. I finally determined from her that customer service was really the name of the company. She kept putting me on mute and talking to her supervisor (I was on the call with her for at least 7 minutes). She said she would make sure my number was not used again. We shall see. She did say that the company was based in Europe (which I had to have her spell for me) but that she was in the Philippines.
I answered and an almost unintelligible female said she was calling from "Duty Free Sales". I played along...LOL...and said I had only received half of my order and "...where's the rest of my order?!..." Even tho I could barely understand her, she said I should call back to the same number and ask for customer service.
