Who called from 4046927811

Recording. "Hi. This is Cindy from Florida Getaways..."

404-692-7811 called my landline at 3:20 PM on June 27.  I did not pick up and no message was left.

Now my third blocked number for "Florida Getaways". Never leaves a message.

Called my cell phone, came up as "Atlanta, GA", when I answered, no one on the other end responded and it hang up after 10 seconds.

keep getting harassing calls from this #. "fill out a survey and win a trip to the bahamas". It's a recording so I can't even ask to get off the call list... isn't that illegal?
