Who called from 4046937864

I got this same message and I also checked out I have no clue who this is.. How did they get my cell number?

I  got the same msg yesterday and it stated... (my name).. i moved, so i created a facebook to keep in touch w/ everyone.. add me its under my email [email protected]....

I got the same message the other day.. from 386 846 9824..They also used my first name in the text message.  I made a complaint with my cell phone company who advised to make a police report and the cell phone company has blocked the number from my phone.  This person is a Verizon customer...from Daytona Beach Fl.  This is HARASSMENT and the person can be charged with HARASSMENT as the number can be traced back the the person very easily!!  Anyone with the same issue should have the number blocked and a police report filed.

I recieved the same message yesterday stating : My name.. I moved, and created a facebook page to keep in touch w/ everyone. Add me its under my email [email protected]. I instantly replied back with who is this.  I checked out her facebook page, and I have no idea who she is. I was freaked out. I called my cell phone company and had their number blocked.
