I did not answer because I did not recognize the phone number.  They did not leave a phone number.

They called again.  This time I answered.  They said the company name was Matrix Direct.  Something about PC management software.

This is matrix42 telemarketing, a software company matrix42.com is the website.

Called our main PC helpdesk - someone forwarded to me - I didn't pick up either as I did not recognize the number.  They hung up on my voicemail which is how i got the phone number.
