I have no idea who this is.  I didn't answer.  There was no message left.  Probably fishing for something.

they called my cell phone. when answered there was no one there

I got a call said hello and nothing but dead air

Received a call from this number on my cell, even though my number is registered on the do not call list. Do a recorded voice tells me to please stand by add I am being connected to...I just hung up.

This number is for a "timeshare consultant".  They're trying to see if you have vacation property and if so they probably will try to scam  you out of some money.  Don't answer them or give them the time of day.
