Politicians calling to beg for votes

no one ever speaks when I answer the phone and when I call back the recording comes on and says the voice mail isn't set up.

Had the nerve to call my name as if they knew me and tell me to go vote!
First of all I took advantage of early voting!
Second I didn' appreciate an uninvited caller interrupting my business time with an unsolicited message!
Also tried to dial back and complain, but get the same recording...voicemail box has not been set up!
So frustrating!!!
