Petty sure this is a faked number form a fly by night debt collector. We get calls every day form city's all over the country.....and every time the answer machine picks up there is a 'bleep' sound right before disconnect. . No matter the 'city' calling it's the same. I hope these folks enjoy the afterlife....dress light!
