This number called my parents home and cell phones stating they are trying to reach me in reference to a pending complaint,,,,,really? Third party disclosure everywhere, awesome
The # is from GA but when I listened to the voicemail she stated this had to do with Bexar County, which is in Texas where I am from. I don't think its a scam i''m pretty sure it's like a law office. Stating that if a call was not returned by 12pm the next day and unfavorable decision would be made for the person it was in reference too. I sure hope so, they called for this "friend" I know who used my cell # to fill out several forms. She had it coming :)
These people called my work and said they were with the Civil Claims division of Humphrey & Associates. Stated that they needed to speak to me or my supervisor. Also stated in a voice mail to me that they were going to press charges for fraud if I did not return the call by close of business. This is for a very old debt that should have fallen off my record by now.
