Empire Today - they called, I did not recognize so I did not answer, they did not leave a message (so unprofessional). I called back from another number (blocked) and found out what they wanted. I got carpet installed by them about 3 months ago and they were calling to see if I want more flooring or some window treatments. Told them that I will call them if I want something and asked them not to call me again.
They called me again on 12/28 (3 weeks after the initial call posted). A supervisor named Gloria said that my account must not have been noted and that she will be sure to place me on their Do Not Call list. When she tried to confirm my number, she actually read out the number that they called me from... weird. I told her that that was her number and then she read me mine...
I went ahead and also told her that it was unprofessional that they do not leave messages and she said that they aren't allowed to...
Empire Today Flooring Company continues to call my home/cell number. When I answer the telephone, Empire Today stays on the telephone for about a quick second then decides to hang up as soon I respond with a "Hello". I have a newborn child/family.and Incoming calls are coming in day / night. Please someone have them stop.
