Who called from 4047230806

Never heard of a Hafez, Omar who called me from this number

I received a call from this # and even though I normally do not answer calls from unknown number, I answered it and it was a recording.   Hung up and they called right back but the recording was a mans vice.  It was a woman's  voice the first time.  Name on display was Hafez Omar....

The person called my house and I don't answer calls that I don't know because it may be a fake caller and I don't take those calls.

Received a call from 404-723-0806, caller ID "HAFEZ,OMAR".  Did not recognize either the number or the name, so I let my answering machine pick up the call.  A pre-recorded message in a woman's voice urged the defeat of a particular bill in the Georgia legislature.

Omar Hafez was on my caller ID with this same number, but he left no message.
