When I answered a female recorded voice told me the call was to reduce my credit card interest rate, saying it was the 2nd and last call. Yeh, right!. I hung up. Robo calling scammer.

I've decided to add a list of numbers that I've blocked on my phone. This number was either a telemarketer for a free vacation or something about credit cards/bank accounts.
