I have received several calls from this number they ask for me and I tell them to be more specific....when they can' t I hang up...I gotten similiar calls from a number in Wisconsin also
Most likely it is a cellular carrier. My carrier is Tmobile & if I am 2 weeks late on my bills or more, they call me from this local number. The msg is automated and tells you to pay or contact them for arrangements. If you try to call them back, it says its not a valid number, or you get a weird busy tone. And they NEVER leave voicemails. lol. Theyre getting creative now.
