Just now called. Hung up when I answered. Caller ID - out of area - although I live in 404 area.

Picked up.  Caller said Hello Hello as if she could not hear me and then hang up.

Phone rang but when I answered it  ease local call they hung up.

They just called me. Did not answer.

Caller is Alliance Security Inc., 85 Garfield Ave., Cranston, RI  02920.  877-746-2559. Owner / CEO is one Jasjit Gotra. They have already been hammered once by the Feds. Doesn't seem to slow 'em down though.

If enough people confirm the source as Alliance and file a formal complaint, for example at

then when enough complaints pile up, they will go after him -- again. For millions in forfeitures.
