This number called yesterday and I spoke to someone in card services...this is an attempt to collect a debt. Even if you setup a payment arrangement they still call you the next day, in my case 6 times since 8 am! (4047367240)

call all the time, starts at 8:15 in the morning and continue until 8:45 pm. Call all during the day.interrupts meetings and work process. I know that i owe and intend to pay, just don't have the revenue now.
Found out who they were, someone got a credit card online with my info. It was a previos employer, who stole my idenity. Expplain this to them and even have a police report. They response was basically, Too Bad So Sad your still responsible. HELP!
They call my phone 18 times yesterday before I got off work at 7pm.
