It is quite disturbing to receive phone calls at 11:00 pm and 2:00 pm because I think that something bad has happened to someone in my family (like they need to go to the hospital or a near fatal car accident. This caller has been harassing me for the last 6 months. When I block this number another number calls at the same time.
