Who called from 4047678386

Received two calls from 404-767-8386 today.  Caller ID showed the name of Whidby Ellene.  They called in the morning and in the evening.  Don't know the number or name shown on caller ID.  They left no message both times.
Maybe someone out there on 800notes knows this number?

I received a call from the same person. According to "whitepages.com" it IS a legitimate name and number in College Park, Ga., but it's possible the number is being used by a third party through "spoofing".

We are getting calls from this number in the morning and in the evening.We don't know anyone by this name . Does anyone know if this is a new scam?

Got a call from elaine whidby (spelling may not be correct) Don't know anyone by this name. I am in Kenesaw GA  11/10/08

Caller called again and wife spoke to her.  Caller is seeking donations for a charity - not sure if that is money or donated items.  So not a scam and a chance to help someone.
