I get a call at least 1x a day from this number from someone whom either doesn't speak english, or chooses not too when I answer my phone. She says 'ello' (phonetic) about 6 times, and when I tell her to stop calling this number, she says sorry and hangs up. If I call the number back, it rings 6 times and goes to voicemail. I am very frustrated because this has been going on for at least 2 months.
