Who called from 4047889832

My wife answered and it was a telemarketer selling insurance policies.  She hung up And blocked the number.

404-788-9832 has called three (3) time within an hour period.  The first two time I did not answer and no message was left.  The third time I picked up the received but did not say anything. I immediately heard a click which might mean either this is a ROBO call or the party hung up. I do not know anyone in GA and do not recognize the number.
