This is another scam! The caller left a message claiming to be from a credit agency who is calling about a large declined online purchase. He asked for a lot of info including the security code on my card. I called the credit card company who said that a large purchase had indeed been made. Oh hell. The caller was from Atlanta. the home of the credit company so that aside, he sounded very official and threatened to freeze all of my cards pending my cooperation. How did I fall for this? He had some correct info on me so I thought be may be legit. Do not call back this number or deal with these people. You could just lie and give him false info then call the credit card co and cancel the card before he can screw you!
