2rings hung up called 9:55AM

Got a call from this number on June 4 2013 at 9:06 am. It rang twice and hung up. Not sure how they got my number because I am on the do not call list.

got this call at 9:43am cst and it rang once. no message. i'm also on the do not call list.

Got a call from this # on my cell today 6/4/13 at 11:17am. From Atlanta Ga. I'm in NY. Hung up after one ring.

They called at 9:30 AM today. Rang once and didn't leave a message.  I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST!
how are these idiots getting a private number? I don't want to complain to t-mobile about it.
