Who called from 4048000496

Just got a call from this number to my Sprint cell phone number. I did not pick up. Blank message of 3 seconds in duration was left. I'm assuming this call was made by some sort of evil entity up to no good. Well maybe not evil, but unethical or possibly criminal.

This clown whomever it is has called several times to a business phone but never says anything.  This number will get the voice mail from now on.

Calls 10 to 12 times a day. Won't talk, then hangs up. Try calling it back, the line disconnects as it answers. Annoying as all can be,

Received two calls from this person. I tried calling back but it says call failed almost immediately. It was from east coast so I didn't bother answering cause I don't know anyone from there.

Got a few calls on my business phone.  When I called back, it rang twice, then went silent - no voicemail. Suspicious.
