This is the main Caller ID for calls made from people using the TollFreeClicks.com click-or-call applet. This applet or widget can be placed on a business website and enable simple calling from the web visitors browser. The Caller ID is to identify the source of the calls and enable businesses to capture leads or support from web browsers or people who do not have a regular phone or are out of coverage. The drawbacks are that people are anonymous and would need to use the keypad to enter numeric options when facing an IVR, this is designed so that no downloads are required as in the Skype Browser model or Google Voice in their mailbox. TollFreeClicks.com is free and does not charge the consumer or business for calls it connects. TollFreeClicks.com does not make calls itself from this Caller ID, and uses alternate CID/ANI when attempting to verify the listing in its Directory Database. People can add numbers they need to call only once it is verified and authorized if those calls are to be made on the companies own domains.
TollFreeClicks.com attempts to verify all numbers added to its Free online directory. The application also connects callers to the listed numbers using WebRTC a Click or Call application (chrome) that users opt-in when calling from their browsers. We are required to verify all numbers posted in the directory, and the system has an opt-in and opt-out feature for called parties. Callers who make calls from their PC or MOBILE devices may not have working microphones or browsers compatible for this service. Companies listed can be De-Listed by visiting www.TollFreeClicks.com or by Pressing option 1 once they receive a call from the system. Consumers attempting to reach the Company will be blocked once a number is De-Listed and added to the DO NOT CALL list internal to this application. We are not responsible for calls made from any Caller ID / ANI not in our system, all calls will have a valid Caller ID which identifies calls coming from our applications.
