Today I received the same call. I to informed them I had not order books from them. The guy kept telling me that I did, I hung up on him. But, when you call the number back, you get like a fax tone.
I have been receiving a call from this number daily if not several times a day. I have told them I do not want to renew any magazines for which I did not originally order from them. Each time the manager gets on and gets pushy, and down right nasty and says they have me on tape saying yes. I know I would not have knowingly said yes because I get more magazines then I have time to read now. Many magazines I know I did not order. Bottom line check your credit card bills carefully, I checked my Discover card today to see a $5.00 hold on my statement for magazines (that I did not authorize). I have a dispute in with Discover now.
I received this phone call also, but when I tried to call back but said number was no longer in service. I didn't order any magazines this really makes me mad.
