Another "We Buy Houses" (distressed, facing foreclosure, etc. - they take advantage of those in a bind and buy you out cheap) scammer. Rough break, my house was paid off years ago, and to keep our property values up we pick up the illegal signage that people like this also plaster our neighborhoods with. Sorry, "John" - up to $1,000 per sign in fines, and possible jail time.
I don't, but the market does. Might want to research the "Fixing Broken Windows" program in Gwinnett County and elsewhere. In any case, your argument is with the law, not with me. Interesting that you are so obnoxious about it. I can't imagine anyone wanting to do business with anyone so willing to trash neighborhoods up while breaking the law. Picked up some fresh ones this afternoon on private business properties. While the County "protects" violators with a maximum fine ceiling, putting them on private properties opens you up to civil lawsuits with no known limits. Not to mention possible charges of trespassing and criminal mischief. Have a nice day!
