has anyone received a call from this number and you know who its from

I answered said hello three times and they hung up.

did not answer the call as the number was not in my directory.

Annoying, no talking, just hanging on and hanging up!

I keep getting calls from this number  no one answers when I say hello.. they call too many times and its annoying
