A guy just called (it's a Sunday evening after 5:30PM) --asking to speak to a recently deceased relative. That person mispronounced my relative's surname & hung up when I explained the proper pronunciation of that name, that she's deceased, & my relation to her. I immediately returned the call to reveal who called, why, & why that person hung up so abruptly. I think that the person who answered the phone was the same man who had just called. He stumbled over the words "Equifax Credit Company" & when I explained the situation, he abruptly hung up, again.
