Received a letter specifically addressed to my husband expressing interest in buying our home even if it was worth less than the mortgage.  Offered to pay cash & close quickly.  Requested we call this number anytime if we were interested in selling.  Have not called it.  Was researching it on line and it "popped" as soon as I hit enter on Google.  Will not be calling it.
