Who called from 4048509066

Called asking my party affiliation... super inappropriate... accidentally hung up

I have asked the representatives everyday since before 11/15/16 to stop calling me. I am still a student and they can not help me in any manner.

No idea who this is. They originally called my cellphone but when I called them back from a Landline to see who it was the line rings and then just stops ringing.  Tried to call them back twice with same results.
