Who called from 4048517729

This call comes on my prepay cell phone.  I do not give this number to anyone so how do they get it.  I think AT&T has a lot to answer for as that is the only way they can get the number.  My home phone # and my cell # are registered on the No Call Registry which is a laugh as I get telemarketing calls all the time.

I just got a call from this number a few minutes ago.

I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it.  I've got a program on my cellphone that I've had the number blocked.  The call was received at 7:45PM.

I received a call from this number on my AT&T cell phone. I did not answer it because I did not recognize the number.
