This is one of four numbers used by a scam using the name Career Advising Center or something similar. The other three are the same except for the final digits, which are -3, -4, and -5.
If you answer or call back they pretend that they called because you had left your information on some website looking for a job, but they will never tell you the real name of their company.
I expect the scam is either to get you to give up some personal information they can use for fraud, or hold out the promise of a job if you will, of course, pay them a fee.
I have had all four blocked at one time or another. If they call from one that is blocked, they or their robot dialer will call back instantly. The number of immediate callbacks so far has ranged from 9 to 15 times!
The -95 number was blocked most recently and they called back with a spoofed number, with an Area Code of 140 (no area codes begin with "1") and a different exchange (491 instead of 891) but the same last 4 numbers.
The person you talk to is well-trained to ignore everything you say until you tell them you already have a job or an advanced degree.
Obviously, though, that did not induce them to stop calling my number, They went back to the one, the -92 I tried to report in November, but I see the moderator never approved it; it's still sitting here and there's no page in 800notes for this number.

These scammers seem to reserve this number for special circumstances, insofar as this is only the third time they've used it on me versus 5 for each of the other three in this same time span.
They will spoof.your number if you call back. A recorded message gives you the option of speaking to a rep or being placed on tbeir internal DNC registry. However, of you select either option (or maybe just from calling the number back), it's like opening Pandoras box...the same thing happened to me last year, from different number, foolishly I opted for the so called DNC, from there all sorts of numbers were calling my phone at all hours of the day, everday!! I even received a missed call from my OWN number...
It's a complete SCAM! Block! Block! BLOCK!!!!
