Who called from 4048915574

Called my cell phone after 9 pm I did not answer they left no message I'm also on the do not call list!

sorry dude DNC doesnt apply to cell phones don't be a moron and pick up your phone

REMEMBER: Cell Phone Numbers Go Public this month.

REMINDER..... all cell phone numbers are being released to telemarketing companies and you will start to receive sales calls..... YOU COULD BE CHARGED FOR THESE CALLS

To prevent this, call the following number from your cell phone: 888-382-1222  (it only takes a few seconds)

Remember you are paying for phone service. This is such intrusion on your time and time is valuable to those people that have very little. This is a telemarketing call it belongs to Promotions WCA. I don't think there is any respect between the telemarketer and the client they are calling. I have had them be very unprofessional. So the advise your giving is not warranted, rather not answer the phone giving them no power over you.

Yes it does. The DNC applies to any phone number you register.
