once again the WCA Clearing house violates the National DNC registry.
In typical fashion, called @ 11:04 EST, did not answer and received a second sequential call 45 seconds later. Called 404-891-6623 from another phone revealed the INFAMOUS WCA. Called WCA's administrative line and asked when WCA will honor the National DNC registry. He laughed and said good luck.
So if you received unwanted mystery calls and when you return them, you hear "you have reached the call removal line...." you know it is WCA.
