Phone call w/ recorded message from this number stating "This is the last day to . . .This is Mike . . . " Have rec'd this same annoying phone call on more than 1 occasion. These are disrupting to operations, seeing as they are coming here into a hospital's Rehabilitation Services Dept.
Company name not given, merely "This is Mike, your ink and toner supplier."
BEWARE: This outfit is run by a known pedophile who was convicted of preying on young children in the Atlanta suburbs. If he comments here again, or if my company receives another call from his bogus operation, we will provide COMPLETE name and address information for the Marietta PD to follow up on. Three strikes, "Mike", be VERY VERY careful how you conduct yourself.
Also received this call wiht the same caller ID number as above and the same call back #. Called and got a message asking to leave information so they can call back or to leave phone # and message do not call if I want to be removed. I did this. I will see if they repsect my request.
They left a message on my answering machine offering a free IPAD with a minimum purchase of ink and toner. I needed toner so I called the toll free 1-888-990-9395. I got a voice mail message to leave my name and I would be called shortly. They also had a Do Not Call option. I left a message asking for the minimum order size.
The call was returned within the hour and I talked to a very polite gentlemen, Jay, who explained the minimum purchase. I am a small office, so to qualify I had to double purchase. My bill was almost $1,400.00. Jay also explained that they were a green company and the cartridges were refurbished but guaranteed. I checked my last invoice for new cartridges and the price came under the price for new, so I gave them a try.
I got the cartridges and IPAD within 10 days. One cartridge was the wrong size but Jay quickly replaced it without having me return the wrong cartridge. So I am one happy camper. The cartridges work fine so I am one happy camper and plan to reorder again at Christmas and my girlfriend also now wants an IPAD!
