Who called from 4049025845

I got a call this morning and my caller ID said EXCHANGE STUDENT for the name. I let it ring..no message left!

Got a call from this #, said it was from Atlanta GA. Since I don't know any one from Atlanta I did not answer  the call. No message left. I have an unlisted # and am on the DO NOT CALL list.

Hang up call. Caller ID says Atlanta, Georgia.

My mom said, "tell them to go home!"  Haha.  Exchange student my @$$, who the hell is this?

these guys have called me two and sometimes three times a day for the last week. They show up on my caller id, but if i don't recognize a number i will not pick up and i have no answering machine or service. They will get tired eventually, i also turn off the ringer if i catch the call in time.
