It played a recording asking if I was without health insurance or paying too much. I pressed "1" and actually spoke to a woman who has now sent me a BlueCross Blue Shield quote that is quite a bit less than I am paying Aetna.
Automated call today asking about health insurance needs. Pressed 1 and a guy came on said he was from Blue Cross Blue Shield and would I like a quote. When I told him I wanted these nuisance calls stopped, He started swearing at me. Hung up and filled this out
This is Blue Cross of Florida. I get a robo call every four or five days with the same message to get a free quote. When I press the button to speak with someone, if I ask a question, like what is your name, I get a quick swear at and then a hang up.
