Got a call from a woman saying she was from the investigations branch. Told me my case would be handed over to prosecution if I did not call her back. At the end of the message she wished me well.

I received a call today, telling me i was under investigations and I have been running from a collection company (that never called) they said the last 4 of my social and last for of my check number. But I dont recall the incident in which they are speaking. Whats going on?
